My account is locked – what do I do?
If your account password has been entered incorrectly three times, then your account will be locked. To unlock your account, you will need to contact one of our Customer Service Advisors. To contact them, please call 0845 591 1316.
I don’t have access to the user management option – what do I do?
Only users that are set up with an 'admin security' profile will be able to access user management. If you are not the main administrator of your fuel card account, you probably don't have the right level of access on our online account management system to see the user management option. To set up access, please contact your administrator, if you're not sure who that is, give us a call and we will be happy to help set this up for you.
