How to use a fuel card?

When using an Allstar fuel card, there aren’t many steps that need to be considered – they are easy to use and work in a similar way to a credit card. Learn more about what a fuel card is here.

Once your drivers have filled up with fuel at a site on the Allstar fuel card network, there are two simple steps that take place:

1. Your driver should present their fuel card to pay for the fuel in the relevant way for that particular fuel card. They will be required to provide their mileage and vehicle registration.

2. We then collate all of the transactions made on your fuel card into one consolidated HMRC- compliant invoice.

This allows you to stay in control of your fuel costs as your drivers don’t need to keep receipts, lightening your administrative load.
