How do I order a new card, cancel a lost, stolen or damaged card?
If you need to order a new card, or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged card, you can do this using Allstar Online in just a few simple clicks.
The quicker you log on to Allstar Online to order your replacement card(s), the quicker your drivers can get back on the road.
How do I report a card as lost or stolen?
In the event that you notice your card is missing, we ask you to report it to us by calling 0370 419 5165 and email us at email@example.com
What can VISA card customers use Allstar Online for outside of account and card management?
Our VISA card customers can also use Allstar Online to tailor spend limits and control spend type for each card, all in a couple of clicks, on top of the account and card management functionalities they have access to.
How do I view and download my fuel invoices?
You can do this simply using Allstar Online, all fuel transactions will be compiled into one HMRC- compliant invoice which you can view and download from Allstar Online at a time and place that suits you.
How long are invoices available online?
Invoices are available to download in a PDF format from Allstar Online. You can also download an Excel supporting document which outlines a line item report of what is contained in the PDF invoice. This Excel document is available to download from the invoice date for up to 6 months, from Allstar Online.
What other financial information is available on Allstar Online about my account?
On Allstar Online you can view your account balance and your bespoke spend reporting, giving you full visibility of when, where and how much your driver’s are spending on the road.
