Our fuel cards give you the ability to purchase all your fuel through a central purchasing system. You give fuel cards to your drivers, they use them to pay for fuel at a variety of outlets across the UK and we will send you a consolidated, HMRC approved VAT invoice. This eliminates the need for you to keep fuel receipts, making fuel purchasing more secure for your business and giving you control over all of your fuel purchases.
With certain cards you will receive a specific discount on the price of fuel, for example our Allstar Premier Programme allows you to fill up at over 1,700 fuel stations in the UK at a reduced rate for diesel. Our supermarket fuel card also saves you money by locking your drivers down to the cheapest fuel prices in the UK available at Morrisons, ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
Making the right choice when it comes to buying a fuel card comes down to finding the card that fits your business needs the best. If you purchase predominantly diesel fuel then the Allstar Premier Programme is probably the best for you as it offers a reduced price for diesel purchases as well as the flexibility of a nationwide network of fuel stations.
If you have a fleet of petrol vehicles or a fleet that travels all over the country then the Allstar fuel card may work best. This card gives you access to over 8,000 fuel stations nationwide eliminating the need to travel off route to fill up.
For more local travel, or travel in and around major towns and cities, the supermarket fuel card is the best option. This card gives you access to all ASDA, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's fuel stations which are not only convenient to access, they also offer some of the lowest fuel prices in the UK.
Getting a fuel card is a quick and simple process. Once you have chosen the right card for you, simply complete our online application form and we will do the rest.
We will ask you for details of your company (name, address and contact details) and for information on how much you spend on fuel/ how many vehicles you operate. Once we have received your completed application, we perform a credit check to establish a credit limit for your account. If we need any more information at this point, such as documentation showing your trading address or a completed Direct Debit mandate, we will give you a call to request this. Once we have all the information we need and your application has been approved, we will order and send your cards.
Each card can be printed with either a driver name or a vehicle registration number so it’s useful to have that information to hand when completing the application form.
