On June 30th 2015, Allstar Fuel Cards held a launch for the new Allstar One card product

The launch took place at the prestigious Mosimann’s Club in Knightsbridge, London.

Attendees to the event included journalists from key press such as Fleet News and Business Car and a number of our top fuel-drawing customers. In addition, the Allstar product team, account management team and the MD and CEO showed their support to the launch.

David “Max” Maxsimic, Fleetcor Group CEO UK and ANZ; Peter Bridgen, Managing Director, Fleetcor UKi and Tony Murtagh, Vice President of Sales all took to the stand and presented an engaging and informative presentation. Also facilitating the event was Rob Geraghty who seamlessly guided us through the different speakers and elements of the day.

Guests were met in the Lanson Library at Mosimann’s Club with coffees, teas and pastries for 30 minutes of networking. They were then led up to the Parmigiani Flourier room for the presentation of the new Allstar One product, Q&A session and networking. Afterwards, they were then led to the Garrad room where a 3 course lunch was served by the world-famous Chef Mosimann.

The new Allstar One card brings together the services offered by us into one simple to use solution for our customers. Not only will customer’s benefit from discounted diesel of 2ppl cheaper than retail price, they can also pick and choose from our additional services to make their card bespoke to their business needs. This can include using the card to pay for tyres, glass repair & replacement, M6Toll, roadside repair, Ecopoint and much more.

The new Allstar One card offers cost-saving, convenience and control. Cost-saving with the 2 pence per litre discount on diesel when drawn from a discount diesel site; convenience in that all these additional services can be rolled up into one handy card whilst also aiding you with administration as all transactions come on one HMRC approved invoice; and finally control, as the new card includes Chip & PIN technology for greater security.

The launch of this new product was well received and a success in our opinion. Feedback received from both press and customers was positive and further coverage was positive also.

We are confident that this product will enable so many businesses around the UK to have more control, further cost-savings and added convenience. The first stages of migration are in motion and we look forward to the next stages of rolling this product out to a wider audience in the next few months.
